911 is this Friday. In honor of our country, all of our veterans and the fighting men and women in the armed forces BlueStone Ivory will feature "God Bless the USA" both nights at Jim & Jacks this weekend. You don't want to miss this performance.
This video was filmed on July 3, 2009 at Fairfields Red, White & Kaboom celebration. This video was produced by and is compliments of Jim Rupp our videotographer extraordinaire.
We now have video on our website. Go to www.BlueStoneIvory.com and click on Photo Album. You will see the three videos available. There will be more added in the near future. Ted is adding more photos to our website each week also. Check out this page for the latest additions.
For all of our Bob Wilson fans...Bob will be standing in for Lee playing bass and singing on Saturday September 19th at Carlo & Johnny in Montgomery. Lee is taking a trip to Connecticut playing in the opening band for a Three Dog Night concert and then over to New York to visit with his mother and family for a few days.
Lee and BSI feel very comfortable with Bob sitting in and Bob doesn't mind at all. So it is always a win win situation. In fact we get to play a couple of special Bob Wilson songs.
Last Saturday night we had another guest musician sit in for Keith who had to take a last minute trip out of town. Steve Scavo stepped in with us at the Middletown Moose and didn't miss a beat. In fact Steve did an excellent job for us once he had a beer and got over his nervousness. Steve hadn't played with us for over a year and a half. I guess once you have it you don't ever loose it. Thanks Steve. You really did good.
